AVIXA Names Trinity Dynamics as Provider of Excellence
For the 6th consecutive year, Trinity Dynamics has received the Audiovisual Provider of Excellence (APEx) distinction from AVIXA.
This means Trinity Dynamics hires and invests in trained staff and delivers superior customer service; ensuring customer needs are met every step of the way. In addition, this means the Trinity team is recognized for earning AVIXA, industry and manufacturer certifications, and that we consistently work in a collaborative manner to assess customer needs, and make sure installations perform to their expectations.
AVIXA uses this designation to recognize audiovisual integration companies that have consistently set high standards, including:
- requiring and supporting employee continuing education
- ensuring at least 15% of employees are AVIXA-certified specialists, designers, or installers
- earning positive customer response services
- committing to provide training support, best value, scalability, and more
