Barry J. Sawayer
Founder & CEO
Sawayer founded Trinity Dynamics in 2000 and has grown the business from a government-focused audio/visual company to an organization that serves multiple industries including corporate, education, healthcare, government, houses of worship and more. He is an active member of Edge (formerly USAV group) and served four years on its Dealer Advisory Council.
His former employment included serving as a New England Life Executive for eight years and a Capital Holding Corporation Executive for 12 years.

Julie has been with Trinity Dynamics since its inception in 2000, growing from Administrative Assistant to Director of Administration through hands-on experience in Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Purchasing. She has managed field technician scheduling, developed fleet tracking systems, and overseen technology updates for large clients.

Frank Wilt
Director of Engineering
Frank joined Trinity Dynamics in 2012 and focuses on the company’s Sterling, VA / Washington DC market. Prior to his promotion to Director of Engineering, he served as Senior Systems Engineer and Chief Engineer. Before Trinity, Wilt designed audio/video/data network systems for broadcast, commercial, government, and healthcare industries.

Rick Hirsh
Corporate Advisor & COO
Rick Hirsh joined Trinity Dynamics in 2017, bringing over 35 years of experience in executive management, sales, finance, and operations, primarily in technology and B2B services. He was a Regional Winner of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and previously served as founder and CEO of Transcend United, a market leader in Unified Communications.
Rick focuses his efforts on Trinity’s operations and finance activities and has served on the boards of numerous technology-based companies.

Steve Bean
Regional Sales Director
Steve Bean is a seasoned sales leader with more than 30 years of industry experience and has been a key member of Trinity Dynamics since 2012. He joined the company to expand its client base across Corporate, Higher Education, and Healthcare market segments, playing a critical role in driving growth in these areas.
Known for his consultative sales approach, Steve excels at identifying customer pain points and delivering tailored solutions that create measurable value. His ability to build strong relationships and align solutions with client needs has made him a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues.
As a resource for the entire Trinity sales team, Steve has been instrumental in shaping and refining Trinity’s sales process, helping to establish best practices that support long-term success.
