When Heaven Hill Brands expanded its corporate footprint with a new office at Louisville’s Shelbyhurst Campus, they envisioned a clean, modern workspace equipped with advanced audiovisual (A/V) technology. The goal was to unify their conference environments ranging from huddle rooms to boardrooms to support seamless collaboration, presentations and virtual meetings.

To bring this vision to life, Heaven Hill partnered with Trinity Dynamics, a trusted provider of enterprise-level A/V integration. Trinity was tasked with designing and installing a consistent, user-friendly A/V ecosystem that would serve more than 20 uniquely purposed spaces while reflecting the brand’s emphasis on quality and precision.

The Challenge

Heaven Hill required a standardized yet flexible A/V experience across multiple room types. Including 10 huddle rooms, five large conference rooms, a dedicated “war room” for strategic planning, a high-end boardroom and a custom sampling bar. Each space needed to support BYOD connectivity, intuitive controls and future-ready video conferencing.

A key challenge was achieving design uniformity and ease of use across the entire space without compromising performance in high-profile rooms. Additionally, post-pandemic supply chain delays posed potential risks to timelines and product availability, requiring agility from Trinity’s team during planning and installation.

Impact & Results

The final result is a highly intuitive A/V environment that blends functionality with design simplicity. By standardizing hardware and controls across rooms, Trinity ensured that Heaven Hill employees can collaborate effortlessly, whether hosting executive meetings or casual brainstorming sessions.
