The Challenge

The SIPD required versatile conference spaces capable of adapting quickly to various meeting and training scenarios. One Conference Room needed to accommodate multiple layouts such as round-table discussions and rowed seating presentations, with automated, AI-based camera tracking to ensure seamless communication and interaction.

Another Conference Room required a straightforward, intuitive setup, allowing rapid BYOD (Bring-Your-Own-Device) integration for smaller meetings and teleconferences. Both rooms needed reliable, secure technology capable of handling sensitive communications, supported by a robust centralized server room.

Additionally, ongoing global supply chain issues posed logistical challenges, potentially delaying critical components and project timelines.

Trinity Dynamics’ Solution

The Trinity Dynamics team quickly mobilized, proactively addressing equipment availability and adjusting the design slightly based on real-time needs. Project manager and senior engineer, Joe Zirkel, noted, “We encountered typical challenges, including supply chain constraints and minor scope adjustments. For example, the client’s original table boxes were insufficient, prompting us to source and install higher-quality solutions. Additionally, integrating cable TV required careful adjustments to our system’s logic. But ultimately, these adjustments improved overall user experience and flexibility.”

Trinity Dynamics implemented the following solutions:

Large, Multi-Purpose Conference Space:

• AI Camera Tracking: Four strategically placed PTZ HD cameras driven by SeerVision’s innovative AI-based camera tracking system to automatically capture presenters and participants, adapting dynamically to furniture layout changes.
• Immersive Visuals: Three wall-mounted 85” displays to facilitate clear presentations and remote collaboration.
• Clear Audio Reinforcement: Four ceiling-mounted beamforming microphones, eight strategically positioned ceiling speakers, and wireless presenter microphones ensure pristine audio and effective voice reinforcement.
• Simple and Secure Connectivity: A dual-button Barco ClickShare wireless interface paired with wired BYOD inputs provided reliable, intuitive device connectivity.
• Flexible Control: A wall-mounted touch panel that allows users to effortlessly select room layouts, source content, adjust audio, and manage video conferencing, enhancing meeting efficiency.

Mid-Sized Conference Room:

• Simplified Collaboration: Two wall-mounted displays (one 75” and one 65”) and a table-mounted touch panel allowed for straightforward, intuitive presentations and teleconferencing.
• Quality Audio: A ceiling-mounted beamforming microphone and ceiling speakers supported clear audio communication.
• Improved Connectivity: Upgraded table boxes and BYOD integration ensured seamless, hassle-free connection for meeting participants.

Server Room – Centralized Equipment Hub:

• Trinity Dynamics strategically housed critical equipment in a secure, temperature-controlled server room, including the QSC Qsys Core DSP Controller, amplifiers, PoE+ managed network switch, and the SeerVision AI Camera Controller Server. Centralizing this equipment ensured optimal performance, reduced noise interference, and streamlined ongoing maintenance and scalability.
